It’s the kind of place that encourages new ideas and forward thinkers like you.<BR>General Position Summary:<BR>The International Tax Senior Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s international tax functions, including the oversight of the Company’s global tax affairs and other special projects. This senior position will report into the Tax Director and coordinate internal and external resources in the areas of planning, foreign and US audit, transfer pricing, M&A activities, as well as international compliance. This position requires a highly specialized expertise in all areas of international tax. Travel is required as a significant aspect of the position.<BR>* Planning. Works closely with the Tax Director to develop and implement new tax planning strategies, and monitor and make recommendations for the maintenance of existing tax planning strategies. Works independently in organizing and managing large, medium and smaller-scale projects, including coordination with outside service providers and internal resources. Review and revise legal documents as appropriate to maintain compliance with various legal/tax structures. Monitor and develop strategies for the Company’s permanent reinvestment position and earnings and cash repatriation strategies. Assist with integration, analysis and research related to the formation, liquidation and acquisition of international subsidiaries. Identify most pressing tax issues globally, while scoping solutions that maximize the business objectives of the company.<BR>* Compliance. Management of the international tax compliance function including the preparation and timely filing of all U.S. tax forms required to report international activity. Including but not limited to foreign corporation returns, foreign partnership returns, foreign check-the-box branch returns, foreign source income/tax credit forms, etc. <BR>* Audits. Management and development of strategies for both foreign and U.S. tax audits as they relate to international tax issues. Research, analysis and communication with international controllers, external service providers, and/or auditors regarding issues raised. <BR>* Corporate Tax Accrual. Responsible for the management and in some cases the preparation of the international aspects of the Company’s ASC 740 reporting requirements on both a quarterly and annual basis. Preparation, monitoring and documentation of the Company’s permanent reinvestment position.<BR>* Transfer Pricing. Facilitate and/or prepare transfer pricing documentation and computations.
