<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Sr. Performance Coach - SPARQ<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00072913The SPARQ Sr. Performance Coach is a key member of the Nike-SPARQ Science & Performance Team. You will be working under the direction of the Performance Expert and your primary responsibility is the oversight and application of the Nike-SPARQ Performance Methodology to various internal company initiatives. You will work with Nike Sport Category personnel and SPARQ business partners to assist in delivering services grounded in the prevailing best practices of Performance Training. As the liaison between the Performance Expert and Nike business segments, such as Women's Training and Digital Sport, you will be a primary resource translating technical expertise and methods into consumer-friendly content and experiences.<BR><BR>Specific accountabilities for this role include providing input to program design and event development while representing the point-of-view of the Performance Team in addressing questions as they arise from both internal and external partners. You will develop training curriculum drawing on your expertise in support of athletes, conditioning coaches and other performance practitioners. You will serve as a training expert in hosting elite athletes and teams during their planned visits to the Nike-SPARQ Performance Center. For such visits, you'll work with select trainers, agents and other experts to design and deliver state-of-the-art training that reflects our Performance Methodology.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, Human Performance or Sport Science.<BR>* In lieu of a degree, two additional years of experience may be substituted.<BR>* Advanced Certification related to Human Performance, including a theoretical and practical working knowledge of Sport Science and Human Performance.<BR>* 2 years of professional business experience within the consumer goods industry. <BR>* Proven ability to draft, document and deliver convincing messages and compelling presentations in the realm of Performance Training and related areas of Consumer Fitness.<BR>* Versatile communication skills with an established ability to converse across a wide range of stakeholders (athletes, trainers, coaches, business people) representing different backgrounds and varying levels of performance expertise.<BR>* Ability to distill and translate technical terms of athletic performance to inform, influence and activate lay consumers.<BR>* Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment amid many competing priorities.<BR><BR>Job: Product Development & Engineering </font></td>
