               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Position #: 2061<BR> Title: Sr. Project Engineer<BR>Location: Portland, OR<BR>Hours of Work: Full-Time<BR>Job Description: Seeking a full time senior level Electrical Engineer to work in our Portland, OR Substation Design Department. A BSEE degree and PE is required, a degree from an accredited University with a Power Option is preferred. Ten (10) to twenty (20) plus years experience in utility substation design is preferred. The candidate must have strong command of the English language with good written and oral communications skills. The ideal candidate will be able to perform detail design of medium to extra high voltage utility substations to include one-line diagrams, schematic development, SCADA, communications, conduit and cable sizing/routing, substation physical layouts, selection of substation equipment, writing of substation equipment specifications, construction cost estimates and project scheduling. This candidate should also have experience in managing 5-10 people on a project team and have experience filling the role of project engineer for several projects occurring concurrently. Experience in 15kV through 500kV substation design preferred. Travel will be required.
