<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Requisition Number: 1774<BR>Job Title: Strategic Account Manager<BR>Area of Interest: Sales<BR><BR>Country: U.S.<BR><BR>City: Portland<BR><BR>State / Province: Oregon<BR><BR>Job Description: <BR>Air Liquide Electronics U.S. LP ("ALEUS") is actively seeking a Strategic Account Manager .The individual will perform (but not be limited to) the following responsibilities:<BR>•Act as Lead and Owner of the financial and operational performance of Air Liquide for the customer account.<BR>•Define and propose the overall customer account strategy, ensure business alignment between Air Liquide and the customer and manage the global/regional coordination of all business relations with the assigned account.<BR>•Develop and maintain key customer and internal Air Liquide relationships in a way that strengthens the long term business relationship, develops further business opportunities and ensures customer satisfaction.<BR>•Identify and categorize customer business strategy into short, medium and long-term challenges (both on a corporate and business unit level) as well as define an accurate customer profile.<BR>•Develop a comprehensive customer road map (short/medium/long term) and identify Air Liquide product solutions (and gaps) if they exist.<BR>•Represent Air Liquide products, values and culture and be recognized by the customer as a key professional contact both during normal and crisis business interactions.<BR>•Ensure Air Liquide is connected at the appropriate levels with the appropriate personnel within the customer organization to understand and capture potential business opportunities linked to the customer's strategic priorities.<BR>•As appropriate, establish local account team(s) including Air Liquide personnel routinely dealing with the customer.<BR>•Own and update the account performance matrix on a quarterly/yearly basis: Air Liquide vs competitor market share, new business plan updates and operational performance.<BR>•Implement account strategies internationally including coordination of complex multi-zone/multi-scope RFQ's together with the relevant regional business development platforms as well develop multi-zone framework agreements as required.<BR>•Ensure compliance with WBL-EL business plans and EL business and contractual Golden Rules.<BR>General Qualifications:<BR>•Four-year college degree.<BR>•Previous sales and/or large customer related job experience.<BR>•Previous experience negotiating high value contracts and experience developing multi- level customer relationships.<BR>•Strong technical knowledge of the semiconductor industry.<BR>•Ability to interact directly and present clearly to high level customer and Air Liquide personnel.<BR>Preferred Qualifications:<BR>Engineering, chemistry or other technical degree.<BR>•MBA (or equivalent).<BR>•Previous experience developing and directing business strategy.<BR>•Previous business profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.<BR>•Knowledge of Air Liquide Electronics' products a </font></td>
