               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><B>JOB SUMMARY:</B><BR><BR><BR>The Supervising Electrician will be responsible for providing guidance and leadership to our maintenance department for a variety of electrical issues, to include new installations.  The supervising electrician will be guided by AFU values as well as Lean principles to maximize production efficiency with limited waste.  <BR><BR><B>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</B><BR>- Plan and participate in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical machinery to include:<BR>   * refrigeration equipment     * electric hoists<BR>   * automatic doors             * plant wiring<BR>   * scales                      * pumps<BR>   * AC/DC drives,               * other equipment as directed by Maintenance Manager.  <BR>-  Assist in planning and scheduling work to ensure smooth operations <BR>- Assist in the establishment of preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and facilities. <BR>- Assist in preparating various reports and analyses indicating work progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions. <BR>- Ensure that all work is performed and completed in accordance with relevant codes.  Also keep current with codes and accomplish work to code.<BR>- Schedule and coordinate inspections under master permit program.<BR> <BR><B>QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:</B> <BR>- Have a Electrician License as describe in OAR 918-282-0140.  (info found at: http://licenseinfo.oregon.gov/index.cfm?fuseaction=license_clss&pfa=link_class&link_item_id=1531)<BR>- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal<BR><BR>If you want to earn a competitive salary and a generous 401K plan, as well as extraordinary benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, LTD & STD as well as a variety of other benefits programs, then we have the career opportunity for you.
