               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Supervisor, Client Systems Specialist<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_19508<BR>Providence is calling a Supervisor, Client Systems Specialist to Epic Implementation in Portland, OR or Renton, WA.<BR><BR>We are seeking a Supervisor, Client Systems Specialist (CSS) with the responsibility to supervise CSS teams while contributing to the implementation and support of server systems and the end user environment for Epic as part of the Enterprise CSS team. Working at the regional and enterprise level, the Supervisor, CSS strives towards the common goal of standardization.<BR><BR>In this position you wil:<BR>* Supervise and lead CSS staff while contributing to work products of the team<BR>* Prepare, install, upgrade and/or distribute Epic applications and related third party software installed on servers and clients including printing, faxing, imaging, business continuity systems, monitoring, web servers, communication systems and end user access.<BR>* Support, manage and maintain the Epic Windows and Citrix based servers as well as application infrastructure<BR>* Provide technical analysis, design, and support for the Enterprise Epic Client Systems as required for daily system operations, system upgrades and new releases.<BR>* Create, modify and troubleshoot login scripts, local and network group policy objects, Active Directory objects, DHCP DNS entries and administrative scripts.<BR>* Work with technology and application teams to ensure client systems infrastructure changes and issues are communicated to the necessary teams across the region or enterprise.<BR>* Provide technical leadership on complex projects by formulating and defining system design, scope and objectives.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requiredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Minimum of an Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience<BR>* Required to have completed the Epic Client Systems Manager level 100 and level 200 classes or equivalent at Epic within the first 120 days of employment<BR>* Microsoft or Citrix certifications such as MCSE or CCA or equivalent .<BR>* Employees are expected to attain official EPIC certification for the relevant application or technologies essential to their position within 3 months of completing their initial training<BR>* Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in desktop/workstation, peripheral device and Windows server technologies<BR><BR>Preferredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Complimentary experience with Citrix, application infrastructure and/or systems integration<BR>* Previous healthcare industry and/or Epic client systems experience<BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
