Fertility Consultants<BR> <BR>Location CHH 10000<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> 1.0 FTE; Schedule: M-F, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Salary range: $48,756 - $73,032 annually; Location: Center for Health & Healing, South Waterfront.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> This position supports the Center for Women?s Health Practice Manager, to ensure an excellent level of customer service coordination and development of smooth flow of services and operations in the OHSU Fertility Consultants. This position is responsible for personnel management, clinic space planning, facilities, procurement and management of inventory and equipment. Regular attendance and puncuality are requirements of this position.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> AA in Health Sciences, Business or related field; or equivalent experience and education. Three (3) years increasingly responsible healthcare operations experience; At least one (1)year recent supervisor experience, directly supervising front line staff in a high-volume, direct patient contact medical setting. Service excellence, computer skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, well-developed organizational and communication skills, a team player. Must have a proven ability to deal effectively with providers, subordinate staff, and patients. Ability to work well under pressure; be a self-starter; exercise problem solving and critical thinking; Able to exercise initiative, sound analytical judgment and problem-solving techniques in the decision-making process. Preferred: BA in Health Sciences, Business or related area. Two (2) - five (5) years recent management experience, directly supervising front line staff in a high-volume, direct patient contact medical setting.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> This position requires sitting at a desk 30 % of the day, some reaching overhead and bending and lifting up to 25 pounds. Significant use of personal computers, multi-line phones, copiers and fax machine. Some evening and weekend hours are required ? as this is a 365 day operation with evening events also 1-3 times per month. This position is in a busy clinical environment with many interruptions, multiple demands and high people interactions.
