               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***TO APPLY, please call Worksource Portland Metro East at 503-669-7112 opt. 2***    QUALIFICATIONS:  * A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline   * At least 2 years of quality, manufacturing or procurement experience   * Experience working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry  * Demonstrated experience in driving supplier performance improvements  * Knowledge of ISO9001 and aerospace requirements (AS9100)  * Strong business writing skills  * Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office  * Experience making presentations and writing concise reports for all levels of employees    JOB DUTIES:  * Direct suppliers to identify and establish appropriate quality assurance systems, design and processes.  * Develop and define supplier product control plans, inspection criteria for workmanship and cosmetic defects and communicate that criteria and expectations to suppliers.  * Lead failure analysis, nonconforming material and corrective action reporting and resolution.  * Partner with Materials in developing supplier development plans to drive improvement, and establish status and approval levels.  * Support the new product development process.  * Support and coordinate the design review process between company and supplier.  * Perform on-site supplier qualification and evaluations.  * Become directly involved in the established processes while driving improvement to those processes.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
