It’s the kind of place that encourages new ideas and forward thinkers like you.<BR>Lead and drive strategy, programs and initiatives on corporate wide sustainability efforts.<BR>Essential Responsibilities:<BR>* Identify operational efficiencies that reduce global environmental footprint. <BR>* Develop corporate targets for sustainability and environmental initiatives throughout the entire supply chain.<BR>* Identify internal and external challenges and opportunities and shape strategy to meet them.<BR>* Develop knowledge of current trends and best practices.<BR>* Develop and coordinate internal and external stakeholder teams to drive the transformation of sustainable product creation.<BR>Requirements:<BR>* 5-8 years of experience in social or environmental responsibility. Requires a proven track record of leading projects and people for successful completion of programs/projects to achieve goals and/or objectives of the program/project . Experience with the start-up of a program or project in a large corporate environment is beneficial.<BR>* Degree in Environmental Studies, Chemistry, Social Sciences, Business, Management, Engineering, or a field related to Social/Environmental responsibility required. <BR>* Well-developed English language skills; reading, writing and speaking. <BR>* Mental ability to conduct complex interpersonal interactions with others, solve problems, make decisions, operate independently and with discretion, and work effectively under pressure. <BR>* Possess excellent organizational skills and prioritize and successfully execute multiple tasks/projects. <BR>* Possess above average computer skills with working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing applications. (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Internet search engines) <BR>* Physical capability to use telephone, computer hardware/software that includes keyboard, types accurately and uses fax and copy machines. <BR>* Other language skills are helpful.<BR>* Strong presentation skills.<BR>Job Conditions:<BR>Travel- 25%, domestically and internationally.
