With more than 4 million members, Nike is the world&#39;s largest running club and is the industry-standard in terms of helping athletes reach their goals.<BR><BR>Digital Sport is growing rapidly, and in order to sustain that growth we are increasing our focus on building a talented and robust sustaining engineering team. Sustaining engineering is the linkage between our in-line product development teams and our manufacturing and operations teams supporting our high-volume manufacturing efforts. Sustaining also plays a key role in supporting the consumer services, customer-facing teams when product questions or issues arise. The team&#39;s goal is ensuring proactive, rapid, and intelligent solutions to any issues relating to manufacturing or the consumer experience. The Sustaining Engineering role must rely on advanced consumer electronics engineering experience to deliver technical solutions across a broad range of products and disciplines.<BR><BR><BR>Key Accountabilities<BR>- Support the expanding manufacturing volumes and aggressive product designs.<BR>- Interface with manufacturing/production engineering teams overseas to drive design-related resolution to manufacturing yield issues.<BR>- Foster a relentless focus on quality, yield, cost, and supporting the pinnacle user experience for our products in market.<BR>- Develop new processes and improvements post-launch and help improve the development cycle.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>- BS/MS in Engineering, plus 5 years high-volume and/ or consumer electronics product development experience.<BR>- In lieu of a degree, two additional years of experience may be substituted.<BR>- Demonstrated hands-on, recent experiences with consumer electronics design/sustaining engineering, including statistical approaches to product quality and manufacturing issue response.<BR>- Experience interfacing with overseas contract manufacturing.<BR>- Ability to manage through ambiguity.<BR>- Ability to travel 10-20%.<BR><BR>Job: Product Development & Engineering                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
