One of the core activities is to architect, develop, and install monitoring, specifically SCOM to ensure the heath of over 1,400 servers, and a large portfolio of applications. The candidate will need to be an expert in deployment and tuning for a wide variety of SCOM management packs, ranging from database health, storage, URL health and SSL certificates.<BR><BR><BR>Eligibility Requirements<BR>Knowledge of and skill in applying<BR><BR>Architecture and administration of System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) 2007 R2.<BR>SCOM Management report development sufficient to show state, health and performance information as well as alerts and capacity planning reports.<BR>Administration of Nagios for IT Infrastructure monitoring.<BR>Administration of Windows Server Operating Systems (32bit and/or 64bit).<BR>Microsoft Windows Active Directory support.<BR>Experience with Windows Server Tools (such as Active Directory Users and Computers)<BR><BR><BR>Sufficient to:<BR><BR>Show experience working in a large production environment<BR>Support application and desktop architecture in support<BR>Troubleshooting software and system level problems<BR>Ability to interpret architecture and design requirements from other teams to enable clear implementation standards and guidelines<BR>Document implementation guidelines and installation guidance<BR><BR><BR>Performance Requirements:<BR><BR>Carry out assigned tasks with a professional demeanor reflected in excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, patience, analytical reasoning and problem solving abilities<BR>Ability to meet timelines, milestones, deliverables and provide timely (weekly) status updates<BR>Communicate technical information verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical users<BR>Provide a sustainable IT infrastructure by supplying cross training and functional documentation<BR>Work non-core hours when requested<BR>Understand and follow established processes and p                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
