               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: System Support Analyst<BR>Location: Oregon-Portland<BR>Job Number:_19511<BR>Providence is calling a System Support Analyst to Providence Strategic and Management Services in Portland, OR.<BR>The System Support Analyst assists in the analysis, planning, design, creation, and maintenance of simple to complex reports/database projects.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* <BR>Develop and modify reporting system configurations that meet design requirements.<BR>* <BR>Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering.<BR>* <BR>Ensures complete and accurate logical definition, analysis, and design of data. <BR>* <BR>Maintains related support tools, including database installation and testing programs and standards/procedures.<BR>* <BR>Prepares report management documentation to manage reports library, track project progress and reports problems in a timely fashion.<BR>* <BR>Maintains existing reports and analyzes/evaluates requirements for new modified reports/databases.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required  qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>A minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.<BR>* <BR>A minimum of 3 years industry related experience (healthcare, information services, or within applicable area) with a minimum 2 years information services experience<BR>* <BR>A minimum of 2 years report writing and data analysis experience or 3 years application analyst experience and a minimum of 1 year of report writing /developing experience<BR>* <BR>Previous experience with client/server and host based systems is required.<BR>* <BR>High-level SQL proficiency<BR>Preferred  qualifications for this position include:<BR>* <BR>Clinical, Financial and/or Operational reporting experience<BR>* <BR>Previous project management experience is strongly<BR>* <BR>Knowledge of property management or leasing desired<BR><BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
