               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator<BR>Location: NA-USA-OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations:<BR>The primary purpose and function of the Senior Coordinator, Documentation Control is to facilitate and oversee the behind-the-scene processes, providing support for Talent Acquisition functions and related programsdelivering seamless, accurate and consistent Human Resource information and data administration with a high-degree of customer service. This position interfaces with internal and external contacts and performs assignments of a sensitive nature requiring a high level of use of judgment, discretion and professionalism.<BR><BR>* Coordinate and monitor new associate Phase I on boarding including offer letters, employment document collection, background checks, and licensure requirements.<BR>* Create and maintain new hire records via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in accordance with Federal and State laws and Banfield record retention policy by ensuring compliance with practice protocols, policies and procedures when handling sensitive candidate data and administering pre-employment screening requirements.<BR>* Process, administer and document candidate pre-screening requirements such as background, education, and license checks.<BR>* Provide consistent and accurate information about compliance and new hire documentation, including I-9, E-Verification, and Verification of Employment and Tax Credit processing. <BR>* Maintain accurate data records in the ATS for use by all designated users.<BR>* Run routine and ad hoc HR reports as requested such as quarterly licensure audits.<BR>* Adhere to operational guidelines within the department of P&O.<BR>* Ensure accurate documentation is presented in SmartHelp by updating and/or creating department documentation to support hiring manager?s informational needs. Ongoing auditing to ensure current and accurate information is presented at all times.<BR>* Manage incoming internal customer questions, problems or requests (via phone and e-mail).<BR>* Assist in the continuous development and improvement of information and processes required to perform quality service delivery.<BR>* Act as main point of contact for external and internal customers inquiries regarding hiring processes, ensuring inquiries are managed with a sense of urgency and according to Banfield standards of courtesy and customer service. <BR>* Code and reconcile departmental invoices pertaining to background, reference, and license vendors.<BR>* Understand practice standards and employment practices completely, with the ability to catch errors and omissions in the employment process and associated documentation.<BR>* Administer offer letters and new hire paperless packets to candidates and audit for accuracy.<BR>* Post and remove job advertisements to increase brand recognition and accurate candidate activity for sourcing qualified candidates.<BR>* Support administration of associate referral programs and tracking.
