You'll utilize your business process expertise to propose process efficiencies and application utilization to optimize Nike's investment in global HR technology based on related metrics and user training needs. You'll also partner with Business Analysts on complex projects with global, cross-functional project teams. <BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field<BR>* 2 years additional professional experience in lieu of a degree<BR>* 2 years of progressive business analyst experience<BR>* SAP HR HCM experience is a plus<BR>* Taleo applicant tracking system administrator experience a plus<BR>* Knowledge of recruitment/staffing is required<BR>* Experience with Global Cross Functional Teams preferred<BR>* Strong background in application support & configuration preferred<BR>* Experience in HR business functions preferred<BR>* Strong meeting collaboration and verbal & written communication skills required<BR><BR>Job: Human Resources </font></td>
