The ePerformance project will provide a centralized application for creating, managing and storing Performance Management documents.<BR>The system will make performance plans, appraisal information and other data available to supervisors, employees and HCM staff. This involves being actively engaged with HCM and IT teams to perform the tasks and activities necessary to properly understand the business needs and dependencies on other initiatives, and effectively deploy the solution. This team will roll out the functionality in the Health and Safety PeopleSoft module. This project will support the Talent Sustainment group within the Company.<BR>Position Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>The Technical Business Analyst III will:<BR>* Perform interviews and research to determine IT business requirements, then translate them into specifications for complex technical projects.<BR>* Analyze, facilitate, model and organize information in order to elicit requirements, reconcile conflicts and distinguish solutions from business needs.<BR>* Complete documentation for Project Development efforts (including use cases, requirements, test plans, process maps, and desk procedures) and work closely with the Development team and Business teams to ensure successful implementation.<BR>* Perform technical interviewing in the Information Technology environment.<BR>* Communicate with a wide variety of technical and business experts in both individual and group settings.<BR>* Lead Requirements Elicitation workshops and present findings.<BR>* Carry out assigned tasks with a professional demeanor reflected in excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills, patience, analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.<BR>* Provide a sustainable IT infrastructure by supplying cross-training and functional documentation.<BR>* Understand and follow established processes and procedures including Change Management, Work Tracking and Time Management.<BR>This is an estimated one-year contingent / temporary position throughVolt Technical Resources, located in Portland, Oregon.
