               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Requisition #: 51369<BR>Job Title: Technical Trainer<BR>Country: United States<BR><BR>State: Oregon<BR><BR>City: Portland<BR><BR>Employment Status: Full Time<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>(Description): As a Technical Trainer you will: -Provide training on a range of ADP products, tools, support and practical set ups found at typical client sites. -Gain expert knowledge of assigned products. -Coordinate training materials, meet project deadlines and quality requirements, deliver training packages and provides support for existing training materials. -Develop training goals and course content standards and guidelines that will be used in training and make recommendations to management on needed additions/changes to them. -Provide training to Field Service as the primary audience via classroom, Teleconference and video production. -Located in Portland with some travel.<BR>Experience, Skills, Academic: <BR>-Experience in providing training (preferably technical training) and course design.<BR>-Ability to organize information according to instructional theory and design principles. -Excellent interpersonal and training skills for instruction of diverse personalities and work styles.<BR>-Experience presenting and developing virtual training.<BR>- Experience in ADP&rsquo;s Systems, networking and peripherals is preferred.<BR>Automatic Data Processing, Inc.
