<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Technician III<BR>Tracking Code<BR>176074-950<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Mission:<BR>?<BR>To plan, schedule and perform a wide variety of procedures, processes or inspections and experiments to test process, determine the material and physical properties of ceramics, waxes, metals, alloys and/or parts. To work with technical/production Technician IV?s and Engineers to devise new methods and/or procedures and outline major projects. To provide solutions to complex problems in major area and carry out projects independently.<BR>Principal Accountabilities:<BR>1.? Conducts outgoing source inspection and Quality support for shipping.<BR>* Gathers, records, analyzes and summarizes data in various formats, prepares technical reports of results, evaluates projects, goals and processes.<BR>3.? Contacts and coordinates activities with other Technicians, Engineers and Production personnel, may act as liaison with vendors and/or customers on specific issues.<BR>4.? Provides solutions to complex problems in major technical/production field by applying a wide variety of techniques, processes and procedures. Works independently with consultative input and periodic review by Technician IV?s, Engineers, or Management.<BR>5.? Plans, schedules and completes small to medium sized projects. Determines procedures, schedules and manpower requirements. Coordinates activities with other Technicians.<BR>* Provides technical assistance and leadership to Technician?s I & II.<BR>* Conducts internal audits of PCC Quality systems and processes.<BR>8.? Provide general technical support for process control and quality functions, including raw materials, manufacturing processes, and completed product as needed.<BR>9.? Creates and issues work instructions as needed, including tech cards, quality standards, and SOPs.<BR>10.? Other?duties as assigned.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR>1.? Effective written and verbal communication skills.<BR>2.? Ability to apply a wide variety of technical procedures under general directions and to complete work independently.<BR>3.? Ability to plan, schedule, evaluate and coordinate designated projects.<BR>4.? Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of Visibility, Web-focus, RDM, and Mini-tab preferred.<BR>5.? Knowledge and experience with NDTE, Quality systems, and auditing preferred.<BR>6.?
