<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * A high school diploma or GED * A valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (pass driving test and be licensed according to state sport and DPT requirements to operate trucks of type used by the company) * A recent Driver and Motor Vehicle report (within the last 30 days) * At least 6 months of on the job driving experience JOB DUTIES: * Lift 100 pounds. * Plan daily route coverage, use two way radio and supervise assigned helper. * Plan daily routing based on pick-ups assigned. * Insure that all calls are made as scheduled and that care is taken to insure the security and safe handling of goods and materials. * Instruct and supervise helper, keeping in mind that helper is in a rehabilitation program and that good personal and work habits are taught by example as well as instruction. * Be responsible for development of assigned route, including baggage on both sides and across the street of each pick-up. * Be responsible for the safety and security of the truck and equipment including securing of hand truck at end of day. * Do daily inspection and check of air, water, oil and other items to maintain equipment in good operating condition. * Promptly report to immediate supervisor all accidents involving truck, personal injury or property damage. * Act as personal representative of employer and insure that all customers are treated courteously. * Immediately report any problem in pick-ups to immediate supervisor through the dispatcher. * Take responsibility for behavior of truck helpers. * Maintain a neat appearance, including clean clothing, clean shaven, neatly trimmed beard, hair trimmed neatly, shirttail tucked in and appropriate head gear. * Be responsible for loading and unloading of all assignments as requested. </font></td>
