This role will manage the coding used by DTNA and provide individuals and departments within DTNA guidance for consistent usage.<BR>Job Functions<BR><BR>- Maintain VMRS code used by Warranty, Parts and QualityFacilitate communications and negotiations with business partner Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) Manage processes for new parts coding of VMRS working with Engineering and Parts Technical for consistencyPerform clean up of existing VMRS coding and related data, while insuring minimal impact to all departmentsMonitor claim activity to identify VMRS risks and to ensure system compliance Provide guidance for VMRS usage and maintenance throughout the company Associate''s degree in business or related technical field and at least five (5) year of relevant industry experience is required.Must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and have ability to interact with personnel at any level, all departments of DTNA and any outside customer.Must be able to work independently and possess strong analytical skills.
