<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS: * Research and troubleshooting skills * Skills to learn different programs and applications * Skills to use Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel * Organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills * Quick problem response and resolution skills * Customer service skills JOB DUTIES: * Train our clients on how to use our web based payroll product, PL+Web * Demonstrate our PL+ Web product to prospective users * Assist sales staff by answering questions about functionality as it pertains to their prospects * Answer questions about how to enter certain payroll transactions such as manual check entries, voids, additional payroll checks, recording used vacation, sick, PTO and many other different pay types * Answer questions about how to set up new employees and make changes to existing ones * Troubleshoot problems and error messages * Enter payroll for clients when their technical issues can't be resolved by their IT staff or our programmers * Educate current clients on our new products and services as they are released * Provide clients excellent customer service and responsiveness LOCATION: Portland 97219 APPLICATION DEADLINE: October 31, 2012 </font></td>
