               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Valid driver's license  * High School Diploma or GED  * 21 or older for interstate driving requirements with clean driver record   * 1 year auto repair / mechanic experience     PREFERRED:  * Automotive / Collision background    * Mechanical skills preferred  * Able to drive and back a pickup truck and trailer a plus    JOB DUTIES:  * Repair vehicle wheels  * Answer phones / provide customer service  * Describe the service when potential customers contact you (sales)  * Complete invoices  * Collect payments including cash and remitting same   * Complete repair estimates  * Problem solving  * Driving the MRF / Truck trailer rig to various job sites  * Keep track of customer callouts, schedule work / jobs  * Inventory - re-order of supplies  * Equipment maintenance  * Remove and install tire and wheel assemblies  * Clean tire and wheel assemblies as required  * Deflate and inflate tires  * Break tire beads  * Repair preparation including taping, sanding and polishing  * Travel to pick up or deliver wheels, tools and supplies  * Drive customer vehicles from and to work area  * Remove and install tire and wheel assemblies    WORK SITE:  The employee will be trained in Vancouver, WA and will then work at a mobile location in the Portland Metro area.     EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  We are a 100% mobile wheel repair company expanding into metropolitan Portland OR. "This position has excellent income potential and you get to control your work environment."    We are seeking someone who is mechanically inclined and has good people skills.  Our training program will train you to repair wheels and to become a certified technician. You will also receive training in how to interact with  customers to provide excellent service. We are not looking for just anybody, rather someone who is willing to combine their skills and entrepreneurial spirit to grow with us.    Pass background check and drug screen. Adhere to grooming / dress code.  We are looking for a self-starter with good organizational and multitasking skills as well as excellent communication skills.    We provide wheel repair services to local bodyshops, tire stores, dealerships and the public. We have been serving Clark County since April 2007 and are now expanding into the Portland metro area. This job requires the use of hand tools, lifting up to 55 lbs. Applicant must be over 21, able to drive a stick shift, submit to random drug screening, have a clean driving record, have own transportation, good mechanical aptitude, sign non-disclosure / non-compete document.
