               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Windows Administrator Responsibilities: <BR>* Installs and maintains Windows operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance<BR>* Evaluates system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility<BR>* Troubleshoots networking and operating system problems<BR>* Provide direction and technical guidance for planning, directing and auditing of the Enterprise Windows servers. <BR>* Monitor operating system build, software deployments and hardware agents. <BR>* Design, create and direct distribution of BMC Marimba channels. <BR>* Define, organize, create and maintain Windows operating systems software in an enterprise environment, system and operation oriented program products for a large central server environment. <BR>* Design and implement hardware and software configurations. <BR>* Monitor central server software and hardware to ensure system availability.
