Selected candidate will be responsible for supporting full lifecycle requirements of our enterprise data centers, keeping systems and software at peak performance and availability. Primary activities and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<BR>· Installing and configuring servers, operating systems, SAN components, switches, and cabling to appropriate certifications.<BR>· Providing security, operations, maintenance, and support for those systems.<BR>· Trouble-shooting and diagnosing effectively, providing timely, accurate solutions to issues.<BR>· Working with others to maintain DR hardware, data replication systems, and DR readiness.<BR>· Working with cross-functional IT teams to understand and document system use, availability, and maintenance requirements.<BR>· Working with cross-functional IT teams to define, implement, and maintain standard processes.<BR>· Working Environment: Office and co-located data center.<BR>· Physical Demands: Able to lift 50 lbs. Will be required to rack servers in data center.Travel Requirements: Several times a year.<BR><BR><BR>Job Requirements :<BR><BR>· 3-5 years of advanced Windows systems administration experience in a 24x7, high availability, distributed systems environment<BR>· Proficiency in performance monitoring/management.<BR>· Works consistently within written requirements and standard processes<BR>· Strong written and verbal skills communicating in the English language<BR>· Produces on time, quality results with minimal error or rework and without requiring excessive supervision or support<BR>· Regarded by peers, customers, and supervisors as a reliable and productive contributor<BR>· Consistently grows skills, taking on increased responsibilities and keeping current on new technologies<BR>· Preference will be given to candidates who possess the following:<BR>o BS degree in Computer Science or Information Systems<BR>o Certified MS Systems Administrator. MCITP: SA<BR>o Familiarity with Linux server administration basics. </font></td>
