Our office is located in Post Falls, Idaho. We specialize in Metal Stud Framing, Drywall Hanging & Taping, Paintings, Wall Coverings, Acoustical Tile Ceilings, Plastering (EIFS) and Specially Coatings. We have been in business for over 15 years and currently have over 150 employees working in the above mentioned trades. We are looking for a Framing/Drywall Field Superintendent to join our team.<BR><BR>The Field Superintendent manages, directs and coordinates site construction activities and supervises field personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget in accordance with the plans or blueprints. They coordinate material deliveries and budgets. The Field Superintendent works with the Safety Director to maintaining the safety of the site and resolving disputes between subcontractors and other trades. They work closely with the project manager and design professionals, advising them of progress or problems. <BR><BR>The Field Superintendent often works under very tight deadlines and must be flexible enough to handle the many surprises that crop up on a construction site. They must be prepared to work with a wide range of people, from laborers to professionals and building owners. The field superintendent needs to possess strong language skills to communicate with a diverse staff.<BR><BR>The Field Superintendent must have knowledge/experience in the following areas:<BR>•Commercial Carpentry, Metal Stud Framing, Drywall & Insulation<BR>•Hiring, Scheduling & Managing a large construction staff at several project locations<BR>•Reading Blueprints and Specifications<BR>•Installation Standards for the Commercial Drywall Industry<BR>•OSHA Construction Safety Regulations for the Commercial Drywall Industry<BR>•Strong organizational skills<BR>•A self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented individual<BR>•Excellent attention to details with emphasis placed on quality<BR>•Very organized with a systematic approach to achieve accuracy and efficiency<BR>•Professionally and technically competent<BR>•Quick, sharp, confident, assertive, ethical and ambitious<BR>•Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints<BR>•Works easily with others<BR>•Displays strong oral and written skills and employs effective listening skills<BR>•Analyzes problems and makes sound decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and costs<BR>•Tactful and mature demeanor with well-developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities<BR>•A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record<BR><BR><BR>The Field Superintendent must have the following education and experience:<BR>•A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Commercial Drywall Industry<BR>•A minimum of 2 years of supervision/management in the Commercial Drywall Industry<BR><BR>Salary will be negotiated at time of hire<BR>•Great Medical/Dental Benefits<BR>•Vacation Pay<BR>•401K<BR><BR>Ways to apply:<BR>Download an application from our webpage: www.allwallinc.com or send a resume<BR>info@allwallinc.com email<BR>208 773-4603 fax<BR>In person <BR>723 South Lochsa Street<BR>Post Falls ID 83854</font></td>
