Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Responsibilities:<BR>* Oversee and administer the on-site day-to-day general operations of one or more construction projects from start to finish.<BR>* Act as principal Company representative at assigned project sites.<BR>* Manage wide discretion in carrying out duties and responsibilities.<BR>* Properly interpret and implement company policies and procedures including all applicable safety rules and requirements.<BR>* Responsibilities include but are not limited to soliciting bids; purchasing materials, labor and equipment, retaining and overseeing subcontractors; scheduling; safety; quality control; code compliance; layout; and inspections.Qualifications:<BR>* Substantial experience in the construction industry in a prior position that required the exercise of judgment and discretion<BR>* At least (10) years of experience in free-standing and/or remodel, commercial construction<BR>* At least five (5) years management experience in the construction trades, or the equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, ability and skills<BR>* Strong interpersonal capabilities; able to influence and lead<BR>* Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and conflict management skillsTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
