This includes surface mount, through hole and box build equipment. Some examples are Philips PnP machines, BTU reflow ovens, Universal auto-insertion and Electrovert wave solder machines. With this continued growth, SEL has continued to invest in product support, which has led to the opening of this new and exciting employment opportunity.Responsibilities:<BR>* Coordinate and/or perform preventive maintenance on assembly machinery.<BR>* Troubleshoot machinery failures.<BR>* Assist with the evaluation and implementation of assembly machinery.<BR>* Maintain and review machinery maintenance logs.<BR>* Collect and analyze data; perform root cause analysis of production machinery problems.<BR>* Train operators on machine operation and maintenance procedures.Qualifications:<BR>* Two-year electronic technology associate degree or equivalent<BR>* Minimum 2 years experience programming and maintaining manufacturing equipment<BR>* Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics. This includes basic analog, digital, microprocessor, digitizing vision, and robotics systems<BR>* Demonstrated knowledge of utilizing modern test equipment to diagnose failures to the component level<BR>* Strong writing and speaking skills<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in team environmentPreferred Qualifications:<BR>* Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment to component level.
