Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Responsibilities:<BR>* Ensure all SEL owned facilities are properly operated and maintained.<BR>* Set corporate guidelines for facilities, yet adapt to particular needs.<BR>* Measure and improve the quality, costs, and lifetime of our facilities.<BR>* Manage a staff to operate and maintain facilities.<BR>* Support operation and maintenance staff of other buildings who report through Plant or Operations Managers.<BR>* Work with Property Manager, Designers, and Construction staff on remodeling, major maintenance, additions, upgrades, and new construction.<BR>* Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:<BR>* Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or other related field<BR>* Proficient in MS Office programs<BR>* Proven success in a corporate facilities operations management function<BR>* Background check and drug screening results satisfactory to SELPreferred Qualifications:<BR>* Experience with CMMS, and AutoCAD, and other asset management systems<BR>* Experience managing and coordinating projectsTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
