If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a stable corporate Information Services department, then this position is for you! <BR><BR><BR><BR>This position is on a Tuesday through Saturday shift.<BR><BR><BR><BR>SEL?s corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you''ll enjoy an unmatched quality of life. Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Install, maintain and support desktop computer hardware and software.<BR>* Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems.<BR>* Support and troubleshoot user requests.<BR>* Interact with other IS groups to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems.<BR>* Responsible for managing or participating in special projects as assigned.<BR>* Create and maintain Information Services documentation as required.<BR>* Stay abreast of industry developments appropriate to computer services.<BR>* Follow and improve Information Services area processes.Qualifications:<BR>* Associate Degree in related field<BR>* Minimum three years experience, two of which must be in customer service, help desk or PC support, or equivalent<BR>* Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday (requirement)<BR>* Excellent customer service commitment<BR>* Understand and apply corporate standards<BR>* Strong PC setup, troubleshooting and documentation skills<BR>* Knowledge of current hardware and software in a Windows environment<BR>* Effective writing, speaking and organizational skills<BR>* Ability to respond satisfactorily to a variety of customers<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment<BR>* Ability to work second shift<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL<BR>* Negative drug test result(s)Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* Technical background and knowledge of manufacturing and/or engineering processesTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
