               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</B> Home Care Provider(s) needed immediately for all of  WHITMAN COUNTY.  Duties include providing services to clients in accordance with an approved care plan to allow the client to remain safely in familiar surroundings near family and friends.  Will provide meal preparation, house work, personal care, rountine shopping, transportation to doctor appointments, etc.  Fundamentals of Caregiving Certification and experience preferred but is not required to start.  Two-hour mandatory, paid orientation required prior to placement with clients. EMPLOYER WILLING TO WORK AROUND STUDENT SCHEDULES AND/OR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF APPLICANTS.<BR><BR><B>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</B> Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance.  Pass WA State background check.  Physically capable of performing duties of position, including light housekeeping tasks and lifting as well as moving items up to 20 pounds.  Self-motivated with positive attitude and able to present clean-cut, professional appearance to clients.  Compassionate and caring with strong work ethic.  Two-hour paid orientation required prior to placement with clients.  Preferred but not required is Nurse-Delegated or CNA/ NAC status.<BR><BR><B>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</B> Various full-time and part-time shifts available.  May be scheduled up to 40 hrs/wk.  Scheduled according to client needs and care provider availability.  Employer willing to accommodate student schedules or other existing responsibilities of care provider.<BR><BR><B>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</B> entry wages between $9.85/hr and $10.35/hr, plus mileage and hourly rate for travel between clients and on behalf of clients.
