               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><B>JOB DESCRIPTION:</B> Looking for dedicated, honest and dependable individuals to provide in-home care to the elderly or disabled.  Duties could include, but not be limited to:  personal care, housework, meal preparation, shopping, etc.  Specific training provided by employer.<BR><BR><B>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</B> Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation<BR>-Pass criminal background check to employer's satisfaction, absolutely no felonies<BR>-Once hired, willing to submit to and able to pass random drug testing<BR>-Physically capable of performing duties of in-home care<BR>-Follow all program policies and procedures<BR>-Document duties with file notes and complete accurate time sheets<BR><BR><B>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</B> Worked as home care provider in Washington during 2011 or 2012<BR>-Completed required hours of continuing education for 2011 (if not, will be required to take additional training)<BR><BR><B>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</B>  As assigned by employer and as needed by clients<BR><BR><B>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</B> $10.03/hr.  Medical, dental and vision benefits after 90 days when working 87+ hours a month.  Some mileage reimbursement available.<BR><BR><B>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</B> Open until filled<BR><BR><B>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</B> Completed employer application required to apply.  Employment Application form available at WorkSource Pullman office or you may request one from employer.  Contact an Employment Representative at a WorkSource office or call 509-332-6549 to request a referral and for employer's name and phone number.  <b>Your on-line or mailed resume will NOT be sufficient to apply.</b>  Names of all referrals will be shared with employer to verify submitted application.</font></td>
