Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Human Resources GeneralistResponsibilities:<BR>* Division Support: Use knowledge of various human resources functions, including staffing, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations to provide strategic support to managers and employees in designated division(s).<BR>* Recruiting: Actively source, recruit, interview, and hire exceptional employees.<BR><BR>Planning: Provide information and consults with division management in the strategic planning process. Develop human resources strategies and processes that support the division?s needs.<BR>* Liaison: Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.<BR>* Employee Relations: Counsel employees and management by applying and communicating company policies, guidelines and values promptly and effectively. Provide assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving human relations and work performance issues. Foster internal communication.<BR>* Operational: Manage division(s) organizational changes. Assist and coach management in providing accurate and effective performance review feedback.
