               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">As an Information Systems Manager for Videoconferencing within Integrated Media Services, this position is responsible for all aspects of academic video conferencing including managing a team of video operators, the video conferencing environment, the overall coordination, implementation, and facilitation of the day-to-day operation of Videoconferencing services as offered by IMS. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: coordinating the use of videoconferencing systems across WSU classrooms and academic events; collaborating with local and regional campus videoconferencing staff in the delivery of academic videoconferencing services; assist with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving related technology issues; assisting IS in developing policies, procedures, specifications and coordination of videoconferencing services; coordinating with other IS units as necessary to offer state of the art videoconferencing services; and making recommendations for maintenance and support of videoconferencing systems.</font></td>
