Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.International Human Resources ManagerResponsibilities:<BR>* Researching international employment laws and setting up offices in new countries.<BR>* Understanding different cultures, problem solving and dealing with all aspects of HR in a global environment.<BR>* Provide training to new and existing employees regarding company culture, values, policy and leadership.<BR>* Actively source and recruit, interview, and hire international employees and maintain documentation.<BR>* Research and recommend international insurance providers. Administer international employee benefits programs. Answer employee benefit questions.<BR>* Administer and report on international compensation. Conduct or coordinate international compensation salary benchmarking.<BR>* Counsel employees and management by interpreting company culture, values and policy, and employment law promptly and accurately.<BR>* Work with management to help draft and supply updated and useful information such as reports, relevant policies, and/or disciplinary documents.<BR>* Support Human Resources training and recruitment efforts as needed.<BR>* Follow and improve department processes.Qualifications:<BR>* B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resources or Accounting or equivalent work experience.<BR>* Five years hands on international human resources experience, specifically with experience in recruitment and employee relations.<BR>* Experience living in the US and one of the following areas: Asia, Middle East, Europe or Africa.<BR>* Knowledge of international employment law and legal hiring practices and procedures, including US and either Asia, Middle East, Europe or Africa.<BR>* Experience and ability working effectively with a wide variety of cultures, countries and teams.<BR>* Excellent listening, interviewing and interpersonal skills.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<BR>* Strong analytical ability and problem resolution skills; financial/accounting experience is very helpful due to detail or                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                </font></td>
