If you demonstrated successful experience in developing, implementing, supporting, and optimizing product and material flows, then this position is for you!<BR><BR>SEL?s corporate office is located in Eastern Washington where you''ll enjoy an unmatched quality of life. Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Responsibilities:<BR>* Determine, organize and develop manufacturing product and material flow methodologies.<BR>* Study and recommend the most efficient methods of workflow.<BR>* Work with and lead cross-functional teams to maximize efficiencies.<BR>* Provide work leadership and train employees on new Operations processes.<BR>* Analyze and recommend changes and improvements to existing manufacturing processes.<BR>* Lead the design, specification, testing, and implementation of new systems and tools.<BR>* Study Operations costs and recommend improvements.<BR>* Document and report activities and progress.<BR>* Implement SEL values and objectives in order to achieve corporate goals.<BR>* Follow and improve area processes.Qualifications:<BR>* BS degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience<BR>* 5+ years of Manufacturing operations, product, and material flow systems experience<BR>* Strong writing and speaking skills<BR>* Ability to manage complex projects<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in team environment<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Ability to drive results with a minimum of supervision<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL<BR>* Negative drug test result(s)Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* APICS CertificationTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
