<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">HOME HEALTH AIDE / NAC & NAR<BR><BR>PALOUSE BRANCH<BR><BR>Join Family Home Care!<BR><BR>DESCRIPTION: <BR>The Home Health Aide is a caregiver that may provide services to patients of all ages, including patients who are physically or mentally ill, disabled, injured or terminally ill with various cultural needs and issues. Personal care services shall include all types of bathing, oral care, nail care and other activities associated with maintaining the patient’s personal hygiene. The HHA may also be assigned to assist with bowel and bladder training, colostomy care, vital signs, exercise programs, light housekeeping activities and meal preparation. The HHA reports changes in condition, such as vital signs outside parameters, weight, appearance of skin integrity and general well being, and reports these changes to the appropriate primary clinician or team leader. The HHA is expected to perform visits in accordance with established scheduling standards, according to the Plan of Care, and to complete all required documentation according to agency protocol. A high degree of professionalism, flexibility and integrity is required.<BR><BR>You must be available to work at least one weekend per month (which can be broken up, i.e.: 2 Saturdays or two Sundays versus a Saturday and Sunday in a row) and at least 10 hours per month. KEY REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate Must possess a current NAC or NAR license in Washington with home health or long term care / assisted living experience preferred. NAR license you must have provable long term care exp 12 Months
