Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Responsibilities:<BR>* Lead new product planning and development and execute Manufacturing Development Plans.<BR>* Develop, implement and improve efficient, high quality manufacturing processes, operations and tools.<BR>* Analyze and process Engineering Change Orders; coordinate with Product Engineers.<BR>* Provide technical leadership to product operations; assist supervisors with new techniques, procedures, processes and problem solving.<BR>* Input capacity planning data, perform resource and capital monitoring and planning.<BR>* Improve the performance and efficiency of the manufacturing area by measuring and analyzing well-defined processes.Qualifications:<BR>* B.S. in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical engineering<BR>* 3-5 years experience in electronic manufacturing including surface mount technology and plated through hole processes<BR>* Manufacturing experience including quality methods/ISO 9000<BR>* Excellent leadership and communication skills<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in team environment<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL<BR>* Negative drug test result(s)Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* Knowledge/experience in surface mount technology design guidelines<BR>* Knowledge/experience in electronic system level assembly<BR>* Quality control experience<BR>* DOE training a plusTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
