Provide customer service and manage customer relationships; as well as create and execute annual sales plans, marketing programs, forecasts and tracking systems. The individual must participate in sales meetings and product seminars, provide inside sales staff with all relevant information regarding accounts; work with management, credit, and customers to resolve payment issues promptly; maintain accurate and timely records including sales call schedules and expense reports; coordinate sales calls with vendors to introduce and demonstrate products, identify customer needs and promote product and service solutions; service each customer as effectively and efficiently as possible. Prepare and submit quotations. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Reliable and regular attendance is required. <BR><BR>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
