Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Coordinate the activities of R&D, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Quality Systems, Operations, and other departments as necessary to meet project objectives.<BR>* Create and maintain project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.<BR>* Track and report project measures such as project expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality related measures.<BR>* Drive consensus decisions amount project stakeholders and team members.<BR>* Work independently to manage simultaneous projects as assigned.<BR>* Establish and maintain project files, both paper and electronic.<BR>* Audit and report compliance with applicable processes.<BR>* Present project cost and schedule status to management.<BR>* Identify, follow and improve your area processes.Qualifications:<BR>* Related associate''s degree or equivalent experience<BR>* Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)<BR>* Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and analytical skills<BR>* Exceptional coordination, organizational, and administrative skills essential in providing strong support to the project team<BR>* Attention to detail<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment<BR>* Willingness to perform administrative tasks<BR>* Ability to work with all levels of management<BR>* Self-motivation and the ability to work independently<BR>* Flexibility to take on concurrent tasks and manage changing priorities<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL<BR>* Negative drug test result(s)Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* Knowledge of MS Project<BR>* Knowledge of Lotus Notes and Visio<BR>* Knowledge of project management skills, techniques, and terminologyTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
