Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Senior Process EngineerResponsibilities:<BR>* Demonstrate strong project management skills while leading or supporting project activities.<BR>* Own the design, installation, qualification, and support of new manufacturing processes and materials.<BR>* Support and improve production processes to ensure optimal quality, efficiency and cost.<BR>* Share knowledge and experience through mentoring of manufacturing staff and peers.<BR>* Drive to root cause determination using analytical data methods, such as design of experiment.<BR>* Keep abreast of new technologies, materials, or methods associated with our production processes.<BR>* Demonstrate and promote SEL values.Qualifications:<BR>* B.S. in Engineering or equivalent experience.<BR>* Minimum of five years of experience as a Process Engineer.<BR>* Experience leading large scale projects.<BR>* Familiarity with IPC and JEDEC.<BR>* Ability to perform capability analysis measurements.<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.<BR>* Excellent speaking and writing skills.<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL.<BR>* Ability to adhere to SEL''s tobacco free workplace policy<BR>* Negative drug test results(s).Preferred Qualifications:<BR>* Experience in electronic assembly processes.<BR>* Strong PCBA materials knowledge.To Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
