Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Test EngineerResponsibilities:<BR>* Evaluate new test technologies and methods.<BR>* Determine Design for Test (DFT) specifications and coordinate with engineering staff on new product design.<BR>* Lead multiple projects of moderate complexity.<BR>* Establish project development plans and provides timely metrics on project status.<BR>* Lead engineers and technicians in test development process.<BR>* Mentor and coache other engineers.<BR>* Review and approve test plans, station designs, and validation documentation.<BR>* Ensure clear and efficient communications exist between test development team and production floor staff.<BR>* Design, develop, and maintain test strategies for new and existing products that meet corporate objectives.<BR>* Gather and analyze test data to improve test coverage, process efficiencies, and perform software verification.<BR>* Follow SEL Values.Qualifications:<BR>* B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent<BR>* Five (5) years experience designing and developing production tests<BR>* Excellent leadership and supervisory skills<BR>* Excellent writing and speaking skills<BR>* Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in team environmentPreferred Qualifications:<BR>* Three (3) years experience in project management<BR>* Knowledge of SEL productsTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
