Enjoy the smaller town life: country space, freedom from traffic, easy access to recreational activities in nearby mountains, rivers, and forests, as well as great schools and universities.Test SupervisorResponsibilities:<BR>* Supervise the daily activities of the Test Engineering Department related to new product introduction, process improvement projects, production support, and operational plan actions.<BR>* Research new test technologies and make recommendations for process changes.<BR>* Establish training needs for all departmental employees and oversee new employee training.<BR>* Encourage the professional development of the department.<BR>* Gather and analyze test data to make recommendations on test capacity, station up time, and station utilization.<BR>* Provide leadership and direction in project management related to schedule, quality and cost.<BR>* Provide design for test (DFT) direction to Research and Development regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize known test processes.<BR>* Demonstrate and teach SEL values.Qualifications:<BR>* B.S. in Engineering<BR>* Two years of relevant leadership experience including project management<BR>* Minimum of 5 years'' experience in designing and developing production tests<BR>* Knowledge of C programming<BR>* Excellent communication skills<BR>* Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment<BR>* Background check results satisfactory to SEL<BR>* Negative drug test results<BR>* Ability to adhere to SEL''s tobacco free workplace policyTo Apply For This Position:We ask all candidates to submit their resume through our website at www.selinc.com/applynow.
