Must be familiar and skilled with a variety of theoretical treatment models and interventions and must have good communication skills and ability to work within a primary care/chronic disease management team setting with limited supervision as well as with individual patients      <BR><BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>Minimum of 2 years experience in a behavioral health setting   <BR><BR>Education/Licenses/Certifications:<BR>Currently licensed as a Social Worker Independent Clinical License (LICSW).<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>***NOTE: We will be hiring Part time and Full Time Social Workers.***<BR>We are looking for a clinician with 2 yrs experience to join our growing team.
