               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">PACE Staffing Network is hiring for a Premier 3rd party medical billing client in Pierce County.  The ideal candidates will have experience with Physician Group / Multi-Specialty practice billing & insurance follow up. Strong knowledge of the billing processed & claims management.  The duties involve phone and email or web based follow up on outstanding accounts from 2010 and 2011 calendar year.  Workers will provide data entry updating the files, reconciliation and follow up on account status and payment history from the payer. <BR><BR>- 2+ year experience with medical billing and/or insurance follow up for a Physician Group or Multi-specialty practice is essential.  It is essential to understand UB04 and CMS 1500 codes <BR>- Experience with Medicare will be given high priority for the role.<BR><BR>Soft skills that are needed to be successful include...<BR>*Ability to identify trending data or see patterns in transactions that signal a problem or mistake<BR>*Seeks out advice yet is comfortable with a pre-thought out "root cause" analysis</font></td>
