Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org<BR><BR>Position Summary<BR>The Medical Lab Technician (MLT) is responsible for performing patient analytic laboratory testing, quality control, data analysis, results reporting, instrument maintenance, and basic technical problem resolution. This is a technical position. Typical work situations require performing multiple tests with exacting accuracy and rapid turnaround time. Medical Lab Technicians perform manual and automated procedures, operate instruments that are computer interfaced and use networked computer information systems, following a specific network of steps and variables, according to established protocols. This position requires a service committed individual, who is detail oriented and can perform basic data analysis, and demonstrate critical thinking skills.
