Learn more at www.multicarejobs.org<BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>This is an opportunity to work in the new Medical Office Bld at Good Samaritan''s campus in Puyallup. You will work closely with the physicians and surgeons across the hall. This position is responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy services for outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy by a physician. Care is performed according to the Occupational Therapy Practice Act, organization and department policies and procedures. Develops treatment plans to include appropriate treatment in function, activities of daily living, sensory motor, cognitive perceptual, pre-vocational, patient, and care giver education, recreational and/or social activities designed to help patients and family functioning in their daily lives.<BR><BR>Minimum Requirements:<BR>One year previous experience in occupational therapy preferred. Hand therapy experience preferred.<BR><BR>Education/Licenses/Certifications:<BR>Graduate of an accredited four-year school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Washington.<BR>Additional Information<BR><BR>This position will work in our new Medical Office Building at the Good Samaritan Campus, opening in June 2012.<BR>MultiCare is an equal opportunity employer that celebrates diversity at all levels of our organization.
