               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">General Purpose: To provide prompt, dependable and courteous service to customers and actively cross sell bank products.<BR><BR>Major Activities:<BR><BR>1.Greets grocery store customers and introduces them to the banks products and services.<BR><BR>2.Processes all financial transactions accurately and efficiently.<BR><BR>3.Opens all new accounts and assists customers with loan applications.<BR><BR>4.Actively seeks new core deposits and customers through an effective and aggressive out-calling program in accordance with the goals and priorities of the bank.<BR><BR>5.Responsible for passing out banks promotional material to customers on a daily basis. <BR><BR>6.Introduces grocery store customers to products and services through public address system announcements and aisle selling.<BR><BR>7.Independently researches and solves problems, both internally and for customers. <BR><BR>8.Generates new business through active cross selling by identifying customers needs and matching them with appropriate financial services.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Supporting Activities:<BR><BR>1.Performs other duties as required.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>1.Excellent customer service skills. <BR><BR>2.Minimum of two (2) years retail or teller line experience. Related experience may be substituted. Such experience may include cash handling, bookkeeping, retail sales and other customer service positions requiring direct customer contact.<BR><BR>2.Effective verbal and written communications is an important part of the essential functions of this job.</font></td>
