This position is located in Puyallup (WA).<BR><BR>Reporting directly to the Customer Support Sales Manager Americas Region, Sales Assistant?s duties include but no limited to:<BR>?Sales Order Management: performs customer?s proposal in close relation with supervisor. Review and process Customer Purchase Order and associated relevant documents (A/L, Delivery Notes, Invoices, QA certificates, Customs cert?).<BR>?Logistics: Using the company E.R.P. version (S.A.P.), manage the ordering, receiving, issuing and tracking of inventory. Administering international freight and Customs activities. Act as a robust liaison between the French plant and U.S. facility. Administering the physical movement of all incoming and outgoing inventory.<BR>?Accounts receivables: Cautious to any Customer overdue payment in respect of the company policy.<BR>?Contract Administration: Preparing with the Supervisor and administering Proposals and Agreements for Customers, Agents, Distributors and Repair Stations.<BR>?Repair Station(s) follow-up: Ensuring approved repair stations are compliant and processing all inspections, quotes, dispositions, repairs and invoices associated with rotable inventory.<BR>?Warranty adjudication Processing: Process Customer Warranty Claims troubleshoots and resolve non-routine customer complaints.<BR>?Office Administration: Performs routine office tasks such as maintaining Customer files, ordering office supplies, prepare and submit expense reports, Budget preparation, travel arrangements, mailing correspondence or packages and answering phones.<BR>?Continuous Improvement attitude: Examine workflow and propose possible new solution revising processes as necessary to improve efficiency so as to provide Premier Customer Service.<BR>Notwithstanding job description here above mentioned, others tasks may be required by the supervisor in res </font></td>
