               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Summary: This position is responsible for supervision and direction of work performed by maintenance crews and troubleshooting equipment. Also responsible for entering requisitions and logging work orders.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:  <BR>1. Assist with line designs and comment on proposed changes and equipment.<BR>2. Direct maintenance crews efficiently.<BR>4. Review equipment needs with maintenance crew and management.<BR>5. Notify Supervisor or Manager when disciplinary action may be required.<BR>6. Assist maintenance and production personnel in problem solving activities.<BR> Repair, overhaul, fabricate, disassemble, re-assemble, and move equipment in and out of the plant.<BR>7. Communicate and interact well with others.  Work professionally with all employees.<BR>8. May be required to clean and/or paint equipment.<BR>9. Complete assignments in a timely manner.<BR>10. Attend seminars, workshops and schools on maintenance related subjects and teach others.<BR>11. Keep legible, detailed, and accurate records and logs, and provide oral and written reports as instructed.<BR>12. Load/unload parts and machinery as instructed.<BR>13.        Keep facility operating and minimize down time.<BR>14. Perform other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Essential Requirements: <BR>1. Must be able to supervise and direct workforce.<BR>2. Work with little or no supervision.<BR>3. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and manuals.<BR>4.          Have and maintain basic welding, cutting, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical skills.<BR>5. Read, write legibly, speak and understand English.<BR>6. Understand and follow instructions.  <BR>7. Working knowledge of hydraulics and boilers.<BR>8. Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor.<BR>9. Maintain good attendance.<BR>10. Able to rotate shifts between day, swing and graveyard.<BR>11. Basic knowledge of lubricants.<BR>12. Basic math skills.<BR>13. Follow GMP’s, Company policies and procedures.<BR>14. Keep work areas clean.<BR>15. Posses current Forklift Certification<BR>16. Maintain current certification for Manlift operation.<BR>17. Furnish own personal hand tools and keep clean and in good repair. <BR>Physical Requirements:<BR>1. Sit, bend, crawl, twist, balance, stand, squat, climb stairs/ladders, crouch, walk (possibly on uneven grounds), kneel, stoop, push, and pull. <BR>2. Push and pull at various heights.<BR>3. Reach from waist to shoulder heights frequently.  <BR>4. Manual and finger dexterity. <BR>5. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds with assistance.<BR>6. Good vision and hearing.<BR><BR><BR>Work Environment:<BR>1. Work in hot, cold and noisy environments, inside and outside.<BR>2. Work above and below floor levels.<BR>3. May occasionally work in narrow passageways and at protected heights.  <BR>Frequently work on wet/slippery floors.</font></td>
