<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR>Perform month-end closing activities and account reconciliations that relate to billed revenue, revenue & cost deferral / amortization, and accounts receivable.<BR>Be an analytic subject matter expert to assist the billing team to ensure the accuracy of our invoicing.<BR>Assist as needed in the AR close process.<BR>Participate in revenue analytics to provide monthly financial reporting data for CFO.<BR>Provide ad-hoc analysis for revenue and customer related data for various product offerings.<BR>Assist with the review of contracts and related documents to identify appropriate billing and revenue recognition issues.<BR>Review SOW for revenue compliance, create and maintain projects in the project accounting system and work with the sales staff on issues relating to project accounting, billing, percentage of completion and milestones.<BR>Provide support to business partners regarding invoices, revenue, and related financial information.<BR>Represent accounting on cross-functional project teams <BR>Support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls requirements, including updating documentation and policies as required.<BR>Provide support for the quarterly business reviews and quarterly/annual audits performed by internal and independent auditors.<BR>Position Requirements <BR><BR>Education, Experience & Training required:<BR><BR><BR>BA/BS in Accounting<BR>Minimum 4+ years total accounting experience, preferably including revenue accounting experience<BR>Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills. Able to discern alternatives and make objective recommendations, understand how to effectively work with other business groups to accomplish goals.<BR>Strong Excel skills, with interest and aptitude to work with large amounts of data. Strong Access skills preferred, but not required.<BR>Experience with Tier 1 ERP (e.g. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) preferred, but not required. Prior working knowledge of ORACLE enterprise financial systems a plus<BR>Interest and aptitude to improve accounting systems and business processes<BR>Good communication skills, both written and verbal<BR>Natural curiosity regarding how to make process improvements<BR>Ability to remain flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment<BR>Ability to pass a background check.</font></td>
