It''s an exciting and transformational time here and you should be ready for a dynamic and fast-moving environment.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>You''ll focus on the creation of innovative ways to build and strengthen the Microsoft portfolio of brands. This includes:<BR>?Monitor and evaluate Microsoft, competitor and out-of-category brand initiatives<BR>?Research and write blog posts on relevant brand-related topics<BR>?Create case studies on Microsoft and non-Microsoft brand initiatives<BR>?Create tools and frameworks for brand practitioners throughout Microsoft, covering a broad array of topics including but not limited to brand architecture, copywriting and storytelling, naming, co-branding, customer insights, competitive analysis etc.<BR>?Plan for events with brand marketers from across Microsoft and help create engaging work sessions and exercises<BR>?Document working sessions with comprehensive notes that cover the spirit and themes of the session and capture key takeaways. Use these to send follow-up overviews and blog summaries.<BR>?Oversee production of other content such as videos, interviews, podcasts<BR><BR>Required Skills<BR>?Excellent written and verbal communications with a balanced mix of creativity and analysis<BR>?Ability to draw on wide range of examples in order to make a compelling argument<BR>?Highly-collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and team contribution<BR>?Ability to ramp up quickly, running multiple work streams confidently and independently<BR>?Desire and aptitude to quickly learn and apply the brand strategy discipline<BR><BR>Required Experience<BR>?Qualified candidates will have at least 3-5+ years of relevant work experience<BR>?Demonstrable examples of combined creativity and analysis in work experience<BR>?A Bachelor''s degree is required; Master''s degree is desirable<BR><BR>MKG:CMG </font></td>
